Happy 21st anniversary, Sonic!
Just a little tribute towards one of my favourite game series (and probably the only one I'm mildly good at.) I actually sketched this up sometime last year and never got around to finishing it, but I found it on my computer and I thought, "hey, this would be good to finish up for the 23rd for the Blue Blur's birthday." And so I did.
Hope most of the stages in the background are recognizable. They took forever to do.
